Is there really a way to beat the Fastpass system at Disneyland? According to some park aficionados, there is.
According to veteran Disneyland visitors, the Fastpass system at Disneyland has a few holes in the system that lets those who are willing to do a bit of leg work get a bit more out of the system than the average park-goer.
First of all, according to many park veterans, not all of the kiosks are networked together, allowing the guest to obtain more than one pass at a time. For guests attempting to do one, or even two, parks in one day, this can be quite a nice find.
The Fastpass kiosks at Roger Rabbit’s Cartoon Spin at Disneyland and Grizzly River Run at Disney’s California Adventure are on an entirely different network system. So, it is possible to obtain a Fastpass for one of these rides while already holding a Fastpass for another ride entirely.
You might also be surprised to discover that your passes last longer than specified on your Fastpass. For instance, if your pass states that you must use it between 12:40 and 1:40, you’ll find that cast members will still honor your Fastpass at 2:40.
While these might sound small in the overall scheme of things, these little things can add up to being able to complete more attractions throughout the course of a day or two.

In the meantime, if you’re visiting the parks in this heat, the main thing is to simply keep cool and not over exert yourself. It’s only worth the admission price if you can enjoy yourself in the Magic Kingdom.
