The makers of the infamous “Kidz Bop” have done it again with “Kidz Bop 10!” With today’s newest contemporary hits sung just for kids, “Kidz Bop 10” continues the great tradition of making music fun for kids. The wonderful Kidz Bop Kids sing their hearts out along with other singers who imitate the original artists quite well. You and your child will equally enjoy this musical success.
So many of today’s popular hits are featured on this great compilation. One song that you may find overplayed on the radio these days is Daniel Powter’s “Bad Day.” Well, with the Kidz Bop Kids singing along to it, you may find a renewed liking for the song. The Kids liven it up by throwing in random “Yeah”s and “Woo”s. It’s a nice change to the melancholy feel of the song. Yet another hit from first season American Idol winner Kelly Clarkson is sung on a Kidz Bop CD. I really love that this is what Kidz Bop is all about. “Because of You” is another song featured on “Kidz Bop 10.” Speaking of American Idol — if you are an avid watcher of the show, you may recall that on the final night of choosing the top 12, Ayla Brown chose to sing “Unwritten” by Natasha Bedingfield. Unfortunately for her, she lost a top 12 place to Melissa McGhee. In the meantime, the Kidz Bop producers decided to include that song on the “Kidz Bop 10” album.
“Kidz Bop 10” proves to be another success for the Kidz Bop family and Razor & Tie, as it held the #3 place in the Top 100 charts in its first week. It remained in the Top 10 during its second week. Kidz Bop is just doing it all! Let’s hope they continue to produce such quality music for children and their families.
