I can see how you might use something like this if instead of purchasing a shower radio. The speakers could surround your bathroom with sound, but if your bathroom gets steamy when you shower you will be exposing your iPod to moisture that could potentially damage it.
Another thing to think about with the Ipod toilet paper dispenser dock is that in order for the dock to work you will need to plug it into an electrical outlet. Most people don’t have electrical outlets beside their toilet, so it could require some slight electrical work, or extension cord manufacturing in order to get your dock plugged in and operational.
