My Fitness DVD Wish List

Okay, so it’s time for me to add to my own wish list for potential present ideas and one of my favorite things to get at Christmas are new workouts to explore. So I spent some time on Amazon studying the different fitness DVDs out there and making a list and checking it twice. My husband laughed when I showed him the list because a couple of them seem like odd choices for me – but I thought I’d share my fitness wish list with you and suggest that you might want to take a look at what’s out there to make a list of your own.

The beauty of making these as a Christmas wish list is that you can look into them later in the year if you do not get them as a gift either by renting them through Netflix or Blockbuster or downloading the ones available through iTunes fitness or other resource. So here are my choices for a fitness wish list:

  • Fat Burning Kickboxing Workout for Dummies – I’ve heard a lot about kickboxing over the last year and it’s a great workout for burning calories and for toning. It’s also different and challenging – I like the For Dummies series so since I want to check out kickboxing – I thought this made a good choice
  • Dance off the Inches: Fat Burning Jam – I love dancing so this sounds like a good match and the idea of doing the jazz or the hip hop with the little one is definitely enticing
  • The 1 Minute Workout: Total Body Toning – Based one what I read about this one, it offers over 100 different workouts so you can customize your own routine and ask for differently timed workouts and you get a real kick out of it because you can’t get bored – sounds worth checking out, don’t you think?

These are just a few of the interesting things and I’m looking forward to seeing what others one are out there. What fitness DVDs would you be interested in adding to your Christmas wish list?
