Oh no she didn’t!
Oh yes she did!
Shar Jackson, never shy to give the media a piece of her mind—-especially when it involves anything relating to her babies’ daddy, Kevin Federline—-got on her soap box again this week. This time she aimed her remarks at the woman whose children share the same DNA as two of her own offspring—Britney Spears.
“I personally think, as a mother, spend more time with your babies,” Jackson told TV’s “Extra.”
Jackson also took the opportunity to once again compliment her former live-in love’s parenting skills, calling K-Fed “an amazing father.” As for the woman Fed-Ex also procreated with… Jackson had this bit of advice:
“You don’t have to go out clubbing and stuff all the time,” Jackson told the entertainment news show. “Just stay home and get to know your kids.”
The newly crowned Celebrity Rap Superstar’s comments come on the heels of the latest court ruling regarding custody of Spears and Federline’s two young sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
After hearing evidence and reading reports from the court-appointed parenting coach, a judge revised Spears’ visits, allowing the derailed pop princess to see her sons three times a week. According to the orders, she will have two visits with her boys, from noon until 7 p.m. and one overnight visit per week. It’s far from the 50/50 split custody she initially had, but better than the twice a week visits Spears was given following her previous court debacle.
The trainwreck could have gotten more if it weren’t for the fact that the parenting coach, who met with Spears on at least three occasions, provided the judge with some unflattering observations about the former Mouseketeer’s parenting skills.
In short, the parenting coach called Brit’s household “chaotic” and added, “it seems that her choices are dependent more upon what she wants to do at any given time rather than what would be more enjoyable for the children.”
The court appointed parenting coach also noted the singer had poor interaction with her boys.
“During all three of my visits Ms. Spears rarely engaged with the children in either conversation or play,” the parenting coach wrote in her report.
So you see Shar, even if Brit stays home with her kids like you suggested, it doesn’t appear as though the boys would get much out of it.
