When it comes to movies I normally stay clear of any that involve too much violence, blood, or unrealistic characteristics. I typically enjoy movies that give us hope or insight into things that may be able to possibly happen, positive things that is.
One movie that I love is Serendipity. Those of you who know the movie know that two people, who are involved with someone else, meet and share a special type of instant connection with each other. These two people leave it up to fate on whether or not they ever meet again. Of course, they end up together!
Some people believe in forces such as these that bring people together. Others believe that you must make things happen. I suppose that I believe in a little of both.
Every now and then stories come along that make us think about why and how things in our lives happen. I heard one such story a few days ago.
It seems that a man was text messaging his girlfriend some little quirky thing like those who are dating do. However, when he sent the text, he sent it to the wrong number. The lady who received the text by mistake sent one back to let him know what had happened.
The two of them then began a series of text messages, evidently met up, and are now engaged.
So what was it that made what started out as a message between one relationship lead to the beginning of another?
I simply love stories such as these! There is no denying that these two people were meant to be together.
