“American Pie” star Jason Biggs is officially off the market ladies.
The actor tied the knot with actress Jenny Mollen in an extremely understated ceremony in Los Angeles last week.
According to Star Magazine, the couple wed at City Hall a week ago today without a single family member or friend in attendance.
The magazine reports that the pair “did not want to deal with the whole family thing because it would have been too stressful on both of them.”
Rather, they went the ultra-private route, which they considered to be the “most relaxing way” to get hitched.
Hmm… I wonder if the stress has something to do with rumors that Mollen is expecting a baby later this year?
Biggs and his new bride met on the set of the upcoming movie “My Best Friend’s Girl” and have been dating for nine months.
EXPECTING
By now I doubt there’s a soul out there that doesn’t know that Britney Spears’ teenage sister is expecting a baby this summer.
I’m not saying anyone cares; rather I’m noting that Jamie-Lynn’s pregnancy has by no means been kept a secret.
The only thing that Spears’ has been tight-lipped about is the gender of her baby. But, well, now the world knows the truth about that as well.
According to Life & Style magazine, Jamie-Lynn’s mother Lynne “inadvertently” let it slip that the pregnant actress is expecting a baby girl.
The magazine quotes sources as saying Mama Spears told a group of friends that she couldn’t be more excited that her “baby girl is having a baby girl.”
The 17-year-old actress and her fiancé Casey Aldridge are reportedly due to become first time parents next month.
If the rumors are true and the baby turns out to be a girl it will be Lynne Spears first granddaughter. Oldest daughter Britney has two sons – Sean Preston and Jayden James.
