Regular readers of this blog know I am constantly on the look out for travel deals to Hawaii, especially now. That’s why this following bargain is so noteworthy. As the busy summer travel season winds down and the slower fall months creep up on us I can only hope that deals like these will become more prevalent. (One can hope.)
If you have been holding out for a reasonable package deal to one of the Hawaiian Island’s most incredible spots this is the deal for you.
For just $1,039 per person you will receive roundtrip airfare from Los Angeles (add $225 for Dallas; $309 for Philadelphia; $329 for Boston; $335 for Ft. Lauderdale; $339 for New York City; $355 for Hartford; and $359 for Baltimore), four nights’ hotel accommodations at a five-star resort on the island of Lanai, and ferry transfers.
The deal, dubbed “The Four Seasons Resort Lanai package,” will fly you from your departure city of choice on either American or United Airlines to the Hawaiian Island of Maui, where you will catch a ferry to the lovely island of Lanai. From there you will be shuttled to the Lodge of Koele (a Four Seasons property) where you will spend four glorious nights.
Your suite at the 102-room resort will be furnished with four-poster beds, a balcony, a window seat to enjoy the amazing views, an LCD flat-screen television, and a bathroom with a soaking tub and a shower.
The resort is set on 21 acres in Lanai’s central highlands and features beamed ceilings, fireplaces, English gardens, and croquet lawns. It also boasts a 1,052-square-foot spa, a fitness room, tennis courts, an outdoor pool, three restaurants, and a bar with live music. And don’t worry about being set inland, thanks to the resort’s unlimited shuttle service, you’ll have easy access to world-class beaches (where you can spot dolphins, whales and other marine life frolicking in the surf) and top-rated golf courses.
To take advantage of this amazing deal you must book your reservation by October 31, 2008 and travel before December 14, 2008.
Note: The $1,039 price tag includes hotel taxes, but airport taxes are an additional $399 per person.
