Sculpting Your Derriere

You find that you are losing weight on your current diet. You are overjoyed until you get a rear view look in the mirror and to your surprise you are shocked by what you see. Why does it look so big? Hold on for a minute before you go getting all emotional. First of all, women are supposed to have some curves. This is good. Women look good in curves. The hips of a woman are built that way on purpose so we are going to be a little more hippy than a man is, okay a little more than a little. We have a birth canal that is designed for child bearing. If you do not like what you look like in this area you can help yourself out with some simple exercises. Okay, they are not simple. It is work, but it will be worth it so up on your feet and get pumped. Here we go….

Stand in front of a chair as if you are going to sit down. Place your feet just slightly apart. Pull that abdominal area in. Keep your back as straight as you can. Pretend that you are going to sit down in the chair, but just when you feel your butt touching the chair get right back up. As you are on the uprise squeeze that butt. Repeat this move about 10 times. Stand up for a couple of minutes and then repeat doing this same thing for another set of 10. To make this move even more interesting and challenging, hold a 5-pound weight in each of your hands. This is just one variation of a squat and it works. This will not only help to shape your back end, but also your hips and thighs. Keep this up faithfully for a couple of months and then take another look in the mirror. Voila! You will surely notice a difference.
