LEE & LOW BOOKS are creative books for children that focus on and celebrate ethnic diversity. You will find story books from all ethnic perspectives such as African American, Asian, Latino and other ethnicities. These are award winning books, some of which have been written by new and emerging authors and illustrators getting their first break into the world of publishing. While LEE & LOW books focus on diversity and not specifically on homeschooling, they have realized the value of providing resources to homeschooling. They have created a homeschool section of the LEE & LOW website that provide supplement materials to the books that further brings out the educational value of the books. As a homeschooling parent, I wish I had come across these books years ago when my kids were younger. While they may still be interested in some of the books, my teenagers are a little old for the majority of the titles. I feel like we have missed out on a great wealth of amazing stories. Still, there are some young adult and middle years books available.
