Does someone in your family need new glasses? Were you hoping to pick up a pair of prescription sunglasses before summer ends? Now is the time! JC Penny optical is having some great sales.
JC Penny is a department store that has it’s own optical department. You do not have to have health insurance that covers vision care to use their optical department, but, of course, it can be helpful if you do have it. They have several different sales going on right now, for glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses. Some offers are specifically for children, or for seniors.
You will need to go to their website and print out the coupon that you want to use before you can take advantage of these deals. You can save up to $70 on Ciba Vision contact lenses. The offer is only good while supplies last, and the fine print on this coupon indicates that your savings will come in the form of a manufacturers rebate. If you decide to use this coupon, you cannot combine it with any other offers. This offer ends on September 11, 2010, so you have a little time if you are interested in taking advantage of it.
Is your child having vision problems? You can get a kid’s eyeglass package for $39.99 from JC Penny optical. The package includes free impact and scratch-resistant polycarbonate lenses, free UV protection, and a free warranty that covers breakage and scratches until your child outgrows the eyeglasses, or your child’s prescription changes. This deal includes any frame that costs $100.00 or less. Each store will have it’s own selection of frames to choose from. If your child has a strong prescription, needs bifocals, or other specialty lenses, there may be an extra cost for that. This offer also cannot be combined with other offers, and ends on September 11, 2010.
Seniors can get an additional $10.00 off of their eye care costs. You must have the coupon with you in order to get it, and you must be able to prove that you are age 62 or older. Bring some kind of appropriate identification with you when you visit the optical department. This deal does not include eye exams, just lenses and frames. This deal also ends on September 11, 2010.
Did you lose your prescription sunglasses this summer? If you buy one pair of prescription sunglasses, you can get another pair for free. This deal includes any Sun Spot frame that costs $99.95 or more. There are over 100 frames to choose from. This package includes tint and UV, single vision lined bifocals, or Free no-line bifocals. Again, this offer cannot be combined with any others, and it ends on September, 11, 2010.
