According to the Kaiser Family Foundation, employee wages are declining, which means that the increasing cost of employer sponsored health insurance is going to hurt a lot of people.

Part of this episode talks about how a Bonner County Commissioner wants the county to hire only non-smokers, as a way to save money on health care costs.
Capital Public Radio has an episode that was released on September 30, 2011. This episode is called “California Individual Health Insurance Market Troubling for Mothers-To-Be”. The episode focuses on how health insurance in California excludes coverage for maternity, and the financial consequences that has for pregnant women.
