I am the neglectful owner of Power 90. Remember that old work out DVD that was all the rage years ago? Well, I got it. I even used it. I did not use it for 90 days though. At that time, I was in better shape so I used it every now and again while still maintaining a work-out routine at the gym. Anyway, when you purchased Power 90 you got resistance bands to go with it. I love those bands. It makes doing a challenging work-out at home easy. You can use them for an all over work-out routine. With the bands and a few exercises in your arsenal you have the makings of a solid home work-out. Another nice thing about working out with the bands is how portable they are for travel. You never have to leave your work-out behind again. In addition, the bands are easy to throw in a desk drawer, under a bed or in a closet. If you have no time to get to the gym on your lunch break just bring the bands to work and get a mini work-out right in the office.
Resistance band workouts are challenging for any fitness level. You are working out against your own weight so the work-out cannot be accused of being too easy. You have complete control over the amount of resistance necessary to get the best work-out for you. I love the ability to adjust in any situation without having to mess around with dumbbells. I enjoy working out with weights but when I am at home I prefer the bands. In addition, the bands are great for coming off an injury or helping you recover from an injury.
