Health Benefits of Lemons

Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

Truth be told, I never thought much about lemons as it relates to health. I think of lemon as a way to keep drinking water from getting boring. I also use it to flavor pasta dishes and spinach. I do not buy lemons on a regular basis because I never thought of it as much more than a little flavoring. I suppose by now I should not be surprised that every natural food has health benefits. As a Christian, I attribute that to God’s love for us as he provides healing foods. Now, that I have researched more on lemons I won’t be passing them up anymore.
