Breadless But Filling Tuna Sandwich
A wonderful dieter’s lunch – high protein, low-fat and breadless. Oh, and most importantly, tasty!!
INGREDIENTS:
2 cans tuna in water
2 large carrots, shredded
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 small red onion, finely minced
10 whole tomatoes, finely chopped
1/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
1 dash salt & freshly ground black pepper
6 leaves butter lettuce
DIRECTIONS:
1. Drain tuna.
2. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl blending well.
3. Spoon into lettuce leaves.

Cook: 10 minutes
