Sweet Potato Crisps
Great snack or dipper!
INGREDIENTS:
4 medium sweet potatoes
1 1/2 tsp walnut oil
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 pinch pepper
1/2 pinch chili powder
DIRECTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 450F. Scrub sweet potatoes and cut into slices 1/8-inch thick.
2. Use walnut oil to coat a non-stick baking sheet; arrange potato slices on baking sheet.
3. Combine seasonings and sprinkle half over sweet potato slices.
4. Bake 10 minutes, turn with spatula, and sprinkle remaining seasonings over potatoes.
5. Bake another 10 minutes, or until crisp. Serve immediately.

Cook: 20 minutes
