Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Sauce
Serve over ice cream or angel food cake.
INGREDIENTS:
1 tbs butter
1 tbs brown sugar, packed
1 tbs light corn syrup
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup half-and-half
4 1/2 oz milk chocolate, chopped
1/8 tsp salt
2 tbs water
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a small saucepan melt butter with brown sugar and corn syrup over medium heat, stirring, add peanut butter and half-and-half; bring the mixture to a simmer.
2. Add chocolate and salt, stir sauce until it is smooth, then stir in the water.

Cook: 20 minutes
