One Dish Chicken
What could be better than a one dish meal? Serve this tasty recipe with rice.
INGREDIENTS:
4-6 whole boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
1 package onion soup mix
1 can cranberries (whole or jelly)
1 1/2 cups Russian salad dressing
DIRECTIONS:
1. Generously grease an oven-safe casserole dish and preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix onion soup, cranberries and Russian dressing in greased dish. Add and mix in the chicken.
3. Bake in oven for one hour uncovered.

Cook: 1 hour
