Chili Cheese Casserole
10 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 pint of small curd cottage cheese
1 pound grated Jack cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 4-ounce cans green chilies, diced
Beat eggs well and then add flour, baking powder, and salt. Gently stir in cottage cheese, Jack cheese, melted butter, and chilies. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Bake 35 minutes or until tests done in the middle. Serve warm.
