Creamy Corn Chowder
2 cups evaporated milk
14 3/4-ounce can of cream-style corn
10 1/2-ounce can cream of potato soup
2 tablespoons onion flakes
3 1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Chives, chopped
In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients, simmering for 20 minutes, stirring often. Pour in serving bowls, garnish with chives.
