A “Big” Child, a Quiet Wedding, and Another Celeb Mom Dies

Star of “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” Chris Noth has announced that he and girlfriend Tara Wilson are expecting their first child together. Noth, 53, is also known for playing the character Mr. Big, love interest of Sarah Jessica Parker on the HBO show “Sex and the City.” The pair have recently been filming the upcoming “Sex and the City” movie, due to premiere in May 2008.

But, while the pregnancy was announced, there were no announcements about an engagement or wedding. Could it be that Chris is more like his commitment phobic character Mr. Big than he would like to admit?

One star that is pregnant and not afraid to commit is former “ER” star Julianna Margulies. She quietly married lawyer Keith Lieberthal in Lenox, Massachusetts on November 10th. Margulies is seven months pregnant, but was still beautiful in a white dress designed by Narciso Rodriguez. Lieberthal wore a suit by Armani. Julianna’s father Paul said of the wedding, “It was all traditional. It was very touching. She was radiant. It was beautiful.” He went on to say the family was thrilled for her and Keith was a wonderful person who they were proud to have as part of their family.

Julianna and Keith had no time for a honeymoon as they had to rush back to Los Angeles so Julianna would work on her new series “Canterbury’s Law.” The couple’s baby is due in mid-January.
