Currently I am potty training child #4. Trust me, potty training never gets easier just more tolerable. For each of my children I purchased a potty chair and for the last two I purchased two potty chairs. Yes, two potty chairs. One potty for the upstairs and one potty for the downstairs so all areas are covered in case of emergency. I thought I was set and ready to go. Then it happened. My current toilet decided to retire. My husband decided to upgrade with a throne upon which no mortal can sit under 48 inches tall. This could not have come at a worse time as I was phasing out the potty chair to having my little one use the big potty. What’s a mom to do? I already had to pick her up to place her on the potty we had. Do they sell ladders for the potty?
My search for a ladder was unsuccessful but my quest was filled with Little Looster. Why didn’t I find this product a few kids ago? Possibly a new product on the market I cannot say. What I can say is that I love it. I know it sounds odd to love a potty product but I rushed to the computer to recommend this to you because of how effective it has been for me. So what is Little Looster? Only the best thing to come down the pike for potties since the portable potty trainers! It is a booster for the potty. Not a booster to sit on the potty but a sort of step stool. It is high enough to allow a little one to independently get on the potty safely. While I do not recommend allowing a child that young in the bathroom alone, I will say this booster is sturdy and the base is wide enough to prevent slips and movement. I almost regretted the Little Looster after seeing how big it was and how it surrounded the toilet. I did not want to move it several times a day. I have a household of six for goodness sake. Yet, to my amazement it did not require moving.
Yes, only a mom could get so giddy with excitement over a product to help little ones go potty. My little one is doing a great job on the potty and loves the independence!
