Albertson’s Moneymakers!

Have you seen the deals at Albertsons lately? They are really going all out to match your coupons, and give you extra savings. There are some great catalina deals going on there.

Take a look at the Post Cereal deal at Albertsons. Cereals are on sale for $2.50 a box. There is a promotion – buy 4 boxes save $4. Ok, now it is $1.50 a box. Then there’s the catalina. Buy 2, get $1 on your next order. Buy 3 get $2. Buy 4 get $3.

Ok, so you buy 4 boxes at $1.50 each for a total of $6. Use coupons. Try the $1 off 2 Post in the 7/26 Smart Source. Use two of those. Better yet, you can use the $1.50 Upromise coupon loaded on your loyalty card! Now your total is $4. And, you get the $3 catalina.

Now lets do it again. Same thing, repeated – and use the $3 catalina.

How about that. 4 boxes of cereal for $1!

In some areas, you get free milk when you purchase 4 boxes.

Then there’s the catalina you receive for $15 when you spend $30. This deal appears to be running though August 18. It’s not available at all Albertsons.

Albertsons is really promoting the Kraft $25 free groceries deal. If you spend $25 or more in participating Kraft products, you get a $5 catalina and $20 through a mail in rebate form in the store. Use coupons to profit from this deal. There are many Kraft coupons in recent inserts, and in printables. This deal is not offered in Albertsons stores in Arizona, Colorado, Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico and Florida.

The large supermarket chains that are taking advantage of loading coupons onto your loyalty card, and combining their promotions with special manufacturer deals, such as the Kellogg’s $10 rebate or the Kraft $10 deal are doing great – and the savings for us are astronomical, with a little bit of planning. You may need to plan to go through the line several times, using catalinas, getting new catalinas, buying items up to the limits, etc – but it is worth it.
