Almond Crackers
1 package of Club crackers
4 1/2 ounces almonds, sliced
1 stick butter
1 stick oleo
2/3 cup sugar
Non-fat cooking spray
Spray a cookie sheet with non-fat cooking spray. Place one layer of crackers on the cookie sheet. Sprinkle almonds on top. In a small saucepan, bring butter, oleo, and sugar to a rolling boil. Remove from heat and pour over the crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown. Remove from the hot cookie sheet, placing on a serving platter.
