Apple & Grape Salad
A healthy way to dress up fresh fruit.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cup apples, cubed
1 cup grapes, halved
1/2 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup plain yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
1. In large bowl, combine apples, grapes, celery, walnuts and lemon juice. Mix yogurt and sour cream.
2. Mix lightly into fruit mix. Refrigerate.
