Apple Cobbler Oatmeal
A really yummy and satisfying Zone legal breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup cooked oatmeal
1 cup 1% milk
1/2 medium chopped gala apple
2 blocks worth of protein powder
1 pinch cinnamon
3 tsp slivered almonds
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat oatmeal and milk in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes.
2. Mix in 1/2 chopped gala apple, protein powder, cinnamon to taste, and almonds. Enjoy!
