Technology Greets Couponing

Technology is catching up to our couponing world. America Online has teamed up with your favorite grocery store to add coupons to your store club card. Is this the coupon clipping of the new generation? The free AOL service is called Shortcuts.com. Instead of having to clip coupons, you can load them onto your store savings card. Take the card to the store, choose your groceries, and swipe your card when you arrive at the register. The computer will automatically take the coupon savings off the grocery bill before you pay. American Express is conducting a Spring Fling promotion. When you buy two American Express gift cards, they will send you a $25 Spring Fling gift card in the mail. Summer Movie Dates With the Kids

This summer, movie theaters are offering all sorts of deals for kids’ movies shown usually on Tuesday or Wednesday morning. They are usually older movies, but kids don’t care. If their favorite characters are on the big screen, they are happy. At 10am on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, Regal Entertainment Group is offering a Free Family Film Festival.
