My first weigh in

As I promised, an update! I have been keeping up with my weigh loss goals well. Ok, so I have not started a regular exercise program. That is being phased in slowly. I am now up to walking three times a week for 20 minutes at a time. This next week, I am going to make it five times a week. I have kept my calories between 1200 and 1500 calories since the 1st.
