Pooh Wishbands: Make-A-Wish & Disney Partner Together Once Again

Disney and the Make-a-Wish Foundation are constantly working together to help young children with potentially life threatening diseases help increase the quality of their lives by granting the wishes of the child. During numerous trips to Walt Disney World, I have seen the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s presence in the parks as they give joy and hope to the lives of their recipients. Currently, the Disney Company is helping to raise money for the Make-A-Wish Foundation by offering Pooh “Wishbands” in honor of Pooh’s 80th Anniversary. It recently came to my attention that some of the younger members of my family had never been introduced to one of my favorite family films, Mary Poppins. I gasped. I guffawed.
