A new report shows that the odds of you having a premature baby depend on the state in which you live. The report was issued by the March of Dimes organization which tracked premature births and gave a report card on the disparity of premature births by state.

Nursing Leads to Stronger Lungs
A new study shows yet another benefit to breastfeeding, and it is one that is very different. We all have heard about the positive effects on respiratory health (breastfed babies are less likely to be diagnosed with asthma, for example), but here is a study that suggested that there is also a physical component to nursing. The benefits also do not apply to babies who are fed pumped breastmilk or babies who are nursed for three months or less.

When it comes to your baby, I am of the mindset that the more information you have at hand, the better chance you have of making the right decision for your baby. Immunization is a highly debated topic among some.
