We all know baby proofing our homes is very important for the safety of our children. The wonderful thing is that baby proofing has come a long way from just outlet covers and table corner guards. More and more companies are coming out with innovative and helpful new products to help us protect our children from the dangers in our home. ChildProTech is one of those companies, and their products are nothing like I have seen in stores. However, that may be because my children are no longer babies at the ages of four and six.
Here is a look at a few of their products –
Flex Lock:
This cabinet safety lock has two “bunny ears” that lock around your cabinet’s knobs or handles. In order to open the particular cabinet, you have to press two separate buttoins simultaneously. I like that because it makes it much more difficult for those little buggers to figure out how to open them!
Finger Pinch Guard:
ChildProTech’s Finger Pinch Guard prevents your little one from getting their tiny, delicate fingers stuck in a door. The guard doesn’t allow a door to close completely. Just a little while ago my older daughter accidentally shut the door on her little sister’s fingers. She had quite the booboo from it for a while, and really hurt her. This mistake could have been easily prevented with ChildProTech’s Finger Pinch Guard.
Bi-Fold Door Lock:
This lock comes in great use if you have any bi-fold doors anywhere in your home. Usually, pantry and closet doors have this type of door for which regular door locks will not work properly. Fortunately, we don’t have any of these types of doors in our home, but I know this product would be a great help for anyone’s home who does have these unique doors.
