Bananas in Caramel Sauce
Delicious sauce can be used in many fruits and or ice cream to create a quick dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
4 tbs Butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Toasted Pecans
3 large Bananas
DIRECTIONS:
1. Melt butter in skillet
2. Add sugar and cinnamon, stir until sugar is melted
3. Add bananas, sliced lengthwise
4. Add pecan, stir to coat bananas with caramel
5. Serve over ice cream
