Barbequed Oriental Ribs
Sticky, sweet and oh so good.
INGREDIENTS:
4 lb back ribs
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dry sherry
2 tbs minced ginger root
1/2 tsp five spice powder
1 cup liquid honey
DIRECTIONS:
1. Line base and sides of large roasting pan with aluminum foil to enclose ribs.
2. Cut ribs into serving sizes. Place ribs in pan.
3. Combine remaining ingredients except honey. Pour mix over ribs. Seal ribs with foil.
4. Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
5. Unwrap ribs and place on platter. Pour 1 cup cooking liquid into bowl, add honey and stir well.
6. Barbecue ribs for 20 minutes turning frequently brushing with honey mix.

Cook: 70 minutes
