Beef Nacho Chowder
1 pound of ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
10 3/4-ounce can of nacho cheese soup
2 cups milk
1 cup of whole kernel corn
1 tomato, chopped
8-ounce jar Mexican processed cheese
In a saucepan, cook the beef, green pepper, and onion until meat is browned. Drain fat and then add milk, soup, corn, tomato, and cheese. Cook about 5 to 7 minutes until heated through. Serve with tortilla chips.
