Best French Dressing

3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon of sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup sour cream

Put all ingredients in a jar with a tight lid. Cover jar and shake to blend well. Chill dressing thoroughly before using; shake well before serving.
