Bistro Chicken
You can make this with chicken breasts, but it’s much more flavorful made with the thighs.
INGREDIENTS:
12 medium chicken thighs
1/2 cup butter
2 medium green onions, chopped
1/2 cup white wine
1/2 cup water
1 cup sliced mushrooms
2 tsp salt
2 cans artichoke hearts
1 tbs grated parmesan cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken.
2. Add green onions, water and wine. Simmer for 45 minutes.
3. Add the mushrooms, salt, and artichoke hearts.
4. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes.
5. Before serving top with grated parmesan cheese.
