We know that we should not question the life that God has laid out before us. Things occur for a reason and we are to live our lives without asking why he has planned the things that he lays before us. When all is good, it is easy to simply live it and not question it. However when things go wrong it is very easy to wonder why the occurrences are happening to us.
At the time when the negative issue is occurring in our lives we often cannot see how any good can come from the situation. Yet as time passes, in many cases, we see that things happened for a reason and that our lives are much better than they were before.
We see relationships following this pattern in many ways.
Many times break-ups and divorces lead you to a much happier life and finding a stronger love with another. Were you never to go through the divorce you may would have never found your true love.
In some cases marriages that survive affairs find that they are stronger and couples are more closely bonded after the occurrence. The time of learning of the affair may be very difficult but the relationship that you have afterwards may be worth it.
Alcoholic spouses that reach the bottom and plummet at their worst when it comes to marriage often find themselves moving back up with a better outlook and a better respect for those that they love.
In some cases moving apart from one another in a separation can make a couple realize how much they need one another and builds a stronger marriage than ever before when they reunite.
Bad situations do not always have happy endings. However one never knows when they will. While at the time the scenarios above may seem unbearable to live through, try to remember that a silver lining may be waiting in your cloud of gray.
