Blueberry Pie
A late summer treat!
INGREDIENTS:
1 count pie pastry shell
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
2 tsp finely grated lemon rind
1 tbs lemon juice
5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tbs milk
1 tbs sugar
DIRECTIONS:
1. In a large bowl, stir together the 3/4 cup sugar, flour, rind, and lemon juice.
2. Add blueberries and mix gently. Transfer berry mix to pastry lined pie plate.
3. Bake at 375* for 25 minutes for fresh fruit, 50 minutes for partially thawed.
4. Remove foil and bake 20-25 minutes more for fresh, 20-30 for frozen.
Prep: 10 minutes
Cook: 50 minutes
