Books For Mid-Life Moms

When I was pregnant I read all the popular pregnancy books, baby and parenting magazines but I admit I didn’t read many books specifically geared toward women over 35. It wasn’t until after I became a mid-life mom that I realized I belonged to a whole sub-group of moms. Today, there are dozens of pregnancy and parenting books aimed at moms or moms-to-be over 35. Many are written by midlife moms who certainly understand all the joys and pains that come with being a mid-life mom.

Whether you are a mid-life mom-to-be looking for a pregnancy guide or maybe you are already a mid-life mom looking for a few words of inspiration, there’s no shortage of good books for you to choose from. Here are a few to get you started.
