Bow Ties with Shrimp and Broccoli
A wonderful quick family meal. You can even toss in some leftovers from your fridge to enhance this one.
INGREDIENTS:
1 head fresh broccoli
1 lb med. shrimp
1 can chicken broth
1 medium onion, finely sliced
1 large tomato, diced
1/3 cup olive oil
1 lb bow tie pasta, cooked
DIRECTIONS:
1. Wash and cut up fresh broccoli. Simmer broccoli in 1 can chicken broth until tender.
2. Heat oil in skillet. Saute onion and shrimp until pink.
3. Add diced tomato, broccoli and broth.
4. Pour over cooked pasta. Serve immediately. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Cook: 20 minutes
