Breakfast Casserole for a Gang
An easy way to serve 6 to 8 for breakfast, just add toast, juice and you’re ready for a great breakfast.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb sausage or bacon
6- 8 large eggs
2 tbs milk
1/2 cup shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
1. Brown sausage or bacon in skillet. Drain sausage from grease using a slotted spoon. Spread meat in the bottom of a casserole dish.
2. Break 6 or 8 eggs into a bowl. Add milk; beat well.
3. Cook scrambled eggs until done, but not dry, they should be soft. Spread on top of meat.
4. Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of eggs.
5. Bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve hot.
