Britney Spears’ MAJOR Monday Court Date

Law experts are describing it as “the most significant hearing” in the Britney Spears vs. Kevin Federline custody case to date. On Monday a judge will rule when or if the derailed poptart will regain visitation rights with her two young sons.

The 26-year-old singer hasn’t seen her kids since she flipped out and caused pandemonium in L.A. on January 3rd. Since then she has been seen carousing with her new photographer boyfriend Adnan Ghalib from Malibu to Manhattan Beach. The lovebirds even escaped to Mexico for a one-day vacation earlier this week. But, it doesn’t appear that her boy toy will be able to protect her from what is predicted to transpire in court on Monday.

As I mentioned in a previous blog, K-Fed’s attorney plans to call to the stand police and emergency medical technicians who were summoned to Brit’s Casa de Chaos on the night of January 3rd. That’s when Spears refused to return the boys to her Fed-Ex, mass hysteria ensued and the former Mouseketeer was carted off on a gurney and involuntarily locked up in the psych ward at an L.A. hospital.

Lawyers not affiliated with Spears’ case say that if the trainwreck decides to blow off Monday’s scheduled hearing as she has for dozens of other prior dates she can kiss seeing her kids good bye until at least April.

By appearing in court Spears has the opportunity to present her take on what went on at her home in early January. Her attorney can then try to persuade the court to allow her to have at least some visitation under monitored conditions. As it stands now Federline has sole physical and legal custody via an emergency court order granted to him following Brit’s latest meltdown.

As for getting to court that’s another thorny issue. According to TMZ, the Sheriff’s Department has had it with Spears and is refusing to help her navigate past the hordes of paparazzi that have already started lining up near the courthouse.

TMZ sources say Britney has been “totally uncooperative” with the Sheriff’s Department, meaning she has never provided them with information as to when she’ll show, etc. So now the messed up mama is on her own as deputies have decided against assisting her in getting into the building Monday.

Maybe Adnan can help.
