Britney Spears’ Sibling Gets Married

No, it’s not the one who already has a kid. Rather, Britney Spears’ brother Bryan is the one who recently made a trip down the aisle.

In what is being called a “cozy” yet “elegant” affair, 31-year-old Bryan Spears closed out the year by marrying Graciella Sanchez, who is the longtime manager of little sister Jamie Lynn.

According to reports, the entire Spears clan, including sisters Britney and Jamie Lynn; their kids Jayden James, Preston and Maddie; Jamie Lynn’s fiance Casey Aldridge; and parents Jamie and Lynne, all flew to New Orleans for the intimate wedding ceremony.

The newlyweds tied the knot at the exclusive New Orleans landmark, Latrobe’s on Royal. Sanchez reportedly wore a stunning beige-white Carolina Herrera dress, while the groom sported a Marc Jacobs suit.

Witnesses say the vow exchange went off without a hitch and the reception was private yet opulent.

Bryan and Graciella have reportedly been acquaintances for years, but only recently started dating seriously. The 36-year-old bride is a Yale graduate, who helped found One Talent Management, where she still works. Meanwhile, Bryan Spears is a producer with credits including Jamie Lynn’s star-making Disney TV show “Zoey 101.”

PEOPLE magazine is reporting that Britney flew to Louisiana with her two sons Jayden James and Preston to attend the wedding, but had to return to California the next day per the existing court order that limits her time with her kids.

In other star wedding news, “Say Anything” star Ione Skye and Australian singer-songwriter Ben Lee also ended 2008 with a bang. The couple got hitched in traditional garb for their Hindu wedding in India on December 29th.

According to reports, about 50 of the couple’s friends and family members, including Josh Radnor from “How I Met Your Mother,” witnessed the ceremony in a village on the Bay of Bengal.
