Cabbage Oriental Salad
1/2 cup sesame seeds
3/4 cup almonds, slivered
1 package top ramen noodles, any flavor (reserve seasoning)
1 small head of cabbage, thinly sliced
1 bunch green onions, diced
Dressing
1/2 cup salad oil
1/4 cup wine vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
Put sesame seeds and almonds in a shallow baking pan. Break the noodles apart, adding to the sesame seeds and almonds. Bake at 350 degrees 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned, let cool. Place cabbage and the green onions in a large bowl, adding the toasted sesame seed. Combine the dressing ingredients in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over it all, and toss to mix all the ingredients.
