El Roi is the God who sees. We have been focusing a lot on God’s sovereignty and here is another example of God’s name bearing his true character. The Names of God–Elohim

Elohim is one of the names for God in the Old Testament. Elohim is God the creator and most of the time in the Old Testament, Elohim is translated as God and Jehovah is translated as Lord (although there are exceptions to that).
