Gnocchi Making pasta at home is easier than you think. Try it at least once. INGREDIENTS: 2 1/2 lb russet potatoes 1 large egg yolk 2 tsp salt 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour DIRECTIONS: 1. Peel and cube potatoes. Place in large pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil for about 20 minutes or until tender. 2. Drain well and let stand for 5 minutes in strainer.
