Isn’t it ironic that we can gorge ourselves on turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and green bean casserole on one day, then groan at the sight of perfectly good leftovers the next? Autumn Recipes: T is for Turkey

This is a serious turkey recipe. A real seasonal showstopper that epitomizes Autumn. It’s complete with apples, apple juice, apple jelly, hearty corn bread stuffing, thick slices of bacon—-the whole nine yards. It’s a switch from most of the offerings I’ve included in this culinary alphabet (of sorts).
