Disney’s High School Musical on Tour fails to pass on so many levels that attendees at Dallas Fair Park’s Music Hall were on their feet and out the door before the final number closed. Hairspray (2008)

Live stage is really where it’s all at. I had the great fortune to see a really fantastic production of ‘Hairspray’ live on stage at Dallas’ Fair Park Music Hall. One of the most magical things that can happen during a stage production is the transportation of the audience to the story that is taking place with the help of some lighting, a few props and the gorgeous voices of the actors and actresses on the stage. Mixups, mayhem and a gay wedding … of course gay wedding has a different meaning now, but back then it just meant fun….
