Older parents or cultured cartoon fans like myself may remember Gerald McBoing Boing from the 1950’s. Gerald McBoing Boing doesn’t speak with words, instead the six year old communicates through sound effects. The 1950’s Gerald released several films, and went on to make several guest appearances on Mr.Magoo’s TV show. In recent years the cartoon has been updated slightly and re-released on the cartoon network.
