Having a tattoo or multiple tattoos is the thing to do today – even for celebrity mothers. I won’t say the trend started with Angelina Jolie, but she certainly has to be considered a forerunner. First, it was the guy who got ticketed for wearing a Speedo at a beach (of all places). Now, city leaders in Kanab, Utah (the community sits just north of the Arizona state line) are banning bikinis at area pools.
